WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Currently, we offer shipping services to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and Germany. We have plans to expand our shipping destinations in the future. Please note that customers outside of the US are responsible for any customs and additional shipping fees.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Our processing time is 1-5 business days. For orders within the US, it typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive, while international orders may take anywhere from 6 to 21 days. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on holidays or Sundays.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Don't worry, you can check your tracking information as often as a Weasley checks the Marauder's Map!
